Installation using these "Icarus" packages over current-installer installation is only possible if the product is installed in default installation folder (C:\Program Files\AVG\Antivirus\) Use the Clear tool to remove installation completely, if everything else fails. Uninstall this version (via Add/Remove programs in Windows), then download and install regular Beta installation package. If you want to revert to current installer Or you can collect and send all logs automatically by opening AVG UI -> Menu -> Settings -> General -> Troubleshooting -> "SEND LOGS" button Please zip these two folders and include a screenshot.
